The Record family from London, England attended CISA for 5 weeks. It was an honor having a family from Europe be among our students. Charlie Record, the father, is a Physician and gladly volunteered to do a drop in clinic with the indigenous in Chirripo mountain.

The teachers are excellent (especially for children) and committed to enabling us to communicate in Spanish and to understand and experience the local culture. The admin staff made organising the trip easy. The school has a very special family atmosphere and is set in a lovely building on gorgeous grounds. The local villages and towns are very authentic Tico (Costa Rican) and therefore people will speak to you in Spanish only, making it easier to practice your Spanish.
